After installing, the camera was detecting every passing car. Took a few days to find the right adjustment for the depth of motion detection and which zone to adjust for my house. Has been working great since.

I have the Doorbell 2 at main entrance and thought this 1st generation would be good at rear entrance since I did not want to spend too much $$ for another Doorbell 2. The overall function and video quality is same as Doorbell 2, at least to me. What I really hate is the battery charging. You need to remove the unit and need to charge thru the unit. So no separate battery. So you do not have a camera while it is being charged. The Doorbell 2, you can switch the battery. Other than that, it is okay.

Honestly was skeptical at first. My wife wanted it so I bought it for her. It is awesome! So nice to be able to see who is at my door and monitor what happens outside my home! I feel much safer having this camera!

Bought it for my daughter and never have too worried. The video is clear and the audio exchange is clear. So you can always be home when someone is at your front door. The motion detection is the best feature.

I have 3 of them now. Easy to install. Love the app. Don’t like the fact that you need to pay $30 per device to add to the app if you want your videos saved. But it’s at least for a year

It’s the second one I’ve bought. Great product, excellent price.

My wife wanted one of these, and even at 200 bucks, it's the cheapest ring she's ever asked me for. It turns out that this thing is actually pretty cool. I can see what's going on in my front yard from anywhere.

Start up was easy. Great picture and range. Support was helpful.

The RING - video doorbell works well, but the pro version is so much better. It seems that this one shows the people, but the picture is cropped to a circle, when the pro shows the entire picture without cropping.

I did not use I gave 3 rings to my kids. they seem to love them.

Really good quality and connects right to your phone with no issue. Installation is real easy. Only problem is battery life. you need to remove the device and charge it again every couple weeks

This doorbell camera was better than expected. It tied into the existing doorbell to keep it powered all the time. Video quality is good. My daughter just needs to keep her son from ringing the doorbell while she’s at work.

I like the Ring doorbell. Has a great video...clear and the sound is good too. However, not easy to set up but once accomplished have not had any additional problems.

This door bell with camara is amazing because we can watch what happen in our home in real time when we are out of home. The quality is amazing so we totally recommend this ring door bell

Very easy to install, great view of my front yard & the road. Images are clear and it records clips of any movement which you can later view. Just download the app and set up is very easy. Would highly recommend!

Love the doorbell I just wish that the volume was a little louder and the motion sensor could be more precise. Sometimes it goes off all the time, then other times it doesn't. But for the most part it works good.

Great product for peace of mind when not sure who's at your door.
