I use this everytime the doorbell rings now. It will show who is at the door and all around. Also, has shown who is not supposed to be that close to the house. Pretty good picture.

Great product. This is my second one I purchaesd. Answering the front door was never easier. I like the motion detector but I think that needs some improving.too many false detection

This is camera is amazing. I should have got one years ago. I do want to get the spotlight camera too. Can never be to safe. These criminals don't care.

I love this doorbell. I was able to get ring and motion notices 1800 miles from home and talk to the person at the door. It was very easy to install and set up.

Working as expected. It is very sensitive. We need a wedge as it faces the street so all large vehicles set it off. Over all pleased with function and quality.

Easy install and can see all my front door's activity from the ring app. I hooked it up with my amazon alexa and now alexa notifies us when someone is at the front door.

Took no time to setup and install. Includes a drill bit and a mini level. Everything you need is in the box. Its not compatible with Google but not a show stopper

While I like the functionality I should’ve gone Ring Pro or hardwired it. It gets to be a pain to recharge it once a month.

Easy to follow installation instructions. Great camera views day and night. Highly recommend hard wire connection to keep charged. Works with partner companies that sell locks for your doors.

Installation: very easy. I had to mount mine to a brick wall. This came with a masonry bit to drill the holes and attach the plate. It was very straight forward. I disconnected my two wires from the old doorbell and connected them to my Ring without any issues. Use: Hit or miss. There is a very noticeable delay from the time the doorbell is rang and the time that I'm notified. There is also a delay in answering the ring as well. It takes a while to initiate the "talk." Most of the time the person has already rang two or three times before I'm even able to talk with them. Camera resolution could be better. I do like the fisheye lens though. The field of vision is good. Overall: It's a great concept, it just doesn't work 100% of the time. It was good having color choices (I got bronze). It's still an upgrade to the old fashioned doorbell and yes, the ring from the doorbell still works in case you're wondering. I didn't pay the $30 for cloud storage, but maybe that's why I have a lag?

It's great to see who is coming up to your door and are able to talk to them, home or away. It's also nice to see when you get a delivery, to have someone pick it up when you are gone.
