Works great as doorbell or security camera. Only negative would be the drill bit that came with it. I would recommend buying a real bit for mounting in brick.

What a SCAM! This camera is a waste of money and I recommend that you DO NOT BUY this product or any of RING's products. Here is why: 1) the camera is bad quality for the price 2) you have to pay a monthly subscription to get any amount of recording 3) the camera is slow to detect motion so most of the time the people are gone by the time the camera realizes it. And yes, I have it on the highest sensitivity. It picks up cars from 60ft away but not people from 2ft. 4) live view takes forever to load. So, even if you happen to catch the notification, it takes another 15 seconds for the app to initialize the camera. Don't waste your money. I regret purchasing this camera and that I gave this company a monthly subscription fee.

so easy to install .. the iphone app is great.. the door bell camera detect motion movement near my front door and i can see whats going on out there even when i am not home..

Easy to install and program. Adjustments for my application were straight forward and worked to get the coverage of my door that I needed.

It’s easy to install.. as long as you take your time to read the instructions. I did purchase the chime for home. I truly enjoy my ring.

Works pretty good. Easy to setup. Back plate is a little flimsy. Depending on your mounting location you might need a mount to angle it.

The Ring doorbell/camera is a great feature to have. It's easy to install and maintain. Lastly, the resolution on the camera is excellent; very clear pictures.

Great picture quality and helpful to know when people are in the vicinity of my door. No worries about packages or who is visiting!

We love it. Has been very useful. It has a little bit of lag time before you can answer a motion or doorbell ring but so far has been nice

Got this to replace our outdated Arlo cameras. The range of motion that this camera picks up is amazing. Install took all of five minutes. Would definitely recommend.

All I needed my ring to do is to let me know when someone was at my door so I can be able to see them without them seeing me and it does that and more.

I had the ring installed by the geek squad. They did an excellent job, it works great! I’m very happy to have a doorbell that shows me who is at my door.

Great doorbell/camera. Adds a level of security for the whole family. Easy installation and setup. I wish I had bought the Ring Doorbell sooner.

I love the functionality, but am disappointed that we’ll have to pay for cloud services after 1 year. The Arlo Pro 2 system I bought automatically gives you 1 week of cloud storage indefinitely.

We bought this for a second home where we wanted to be able to see what's going on around the front door. The app works well and I'm able to speak with and see the people that come to the door even when I'm not there. I also bought the device that extends the ringer sound to the basement level where we couldn't hear the door bell before. I got the basic model of Ring, and love its features. We wired it in, so it doesn't need recharging. I think the app on my cell phone where I can see and hear what's going on, and it shows me the history, is what I needed all along.

Wife wanted this for security reasons. Was easy to install and setup. Works exactly the way that she wanted it to. Records what is going on even if someone does not push the button.

Buy on sale install it yourself. Works as advertised in Florida right now getting signals that someone is at my door. Great inexpensive security and piece of mind.

I love to look when i hear it chime. Mostly just a car driving by. Works really well. Going to get the wedge camera too high.

The whole doorbell has to come off to chargeninstead of just the battery i dont like that part everything else is good

We love our doorbell! The sensor still sometimes gets cars in the road even after changing it, but other than that it’s great!
