It was a fairly easy installation. I got the system up, connected and running in about 20 minutes. It has performed reliably as advertised.

I love this item, it’s a wonderful product and provides my family and I a great sense of security. It’s very easy to operate and actually fun!

I liked the fact I could simply replace my old door bell button with "Ring" and not depend on batteries or do new wiring. I also think it is neat to monitor movement at the front door no matter where I am at the time of the signal on my smart phone. One day someone rang the door bell and we were not home but all I had to say to the person was "I'm not able to come to the door right now but if you leave your material on the handle I'll look at it later." I've enjoyed it so much I bought two more as gifts.

I feel safe now that I have the ring doorbell, it’s a great product, show clear.

Easy installation and setup. Next step will be the security cameras with the motion lights. I highly recommend this product.

Great to know who is at your door before you open it. Mine picks up some vehicles in my street

this is convenient because I had no previous doorbell in my older home and I didn't have to have it wired for one. However, it picks up cars driving by that are not in the viewing area but doesn't pick up everyone that comes on the porch. I also wasn't aware that you need the chime module and that it doesn't alert you through the base station like the motion sensor. The time between someone ringing the bell and the notice on my phone is a bit long.

Very happy with this purchase. See all the action at my front door. It’s nice when you are waiting for packages.
