Charging Issue

My concern is the battery charging as it runs out of charging pretty quickly. We couldn't hardwire so, we are using it by charging the battery every two months. Also, I would suggest they should have given free 1GB storage for recording.

Best investment made to date

I can set the sensitivity range to expand up yo 30 feet in 180 degrees. Camera video is excellent. I am able to access from my iPad PC and iPad. Only requirement on smart devices is a 8.0 iOS or greater. iPhone 4 will not work. Also lower version android will not work with RING app. Check app in App Store for requirements

Great video doorbell

For the video option to see who is at the door and be able to look back on the video history, you have to pay a $30 yearly fee to Ring after the 30-day trial. The battery life on the battery in the doorbell lasts 2-3 months on a single charge, which is great.
