We spend a lot of time in our basement. We cannot hear the doorbell from there so sometimes we miss people stopping by or people have to wait on us. With this new doorbell I get immediate notification that someone is at the door and I am able to respond to them. The cloud recording option is great. I'm looking forward to when live view is turned on so I can look at any time to see what's going on.

Well, I bought the chime pro to go along with the doorbell.. but, this doorbell stays offline more than on.. and buying the chime was a waste of money, I tried working with chime and too much time pass and can't return! The doorbell is working without chime, the doorbell is easy to install but isn't constantly working, but when it does it's great!!

You get an alert on your phone and can see and speak to the person from anywhere. Great investment.

This is great for added security to your home. It lets me know when packages have been delivered.

This product works well. It should come with a wedge since most doorbells are mounted near the edge of a structure near the door. Only real drawback is that many times there is a long delay connecting to my phone. I am on a fast cable system so that isn't the problem. Not quite sure what the problem is. Sometimes Fedex or UPS is gone by the time the alert comes to my phone.

after buying this it took 5 mins to install but i should of bought the slimmer pro model. regardless great item to have

Great camera, I just dont like how it freezes and blacks out alot. Other than that I like it.

The design is simple but the color is unique. The daylight video quality is not the best I am getting a glare, but it may be the suns' rays. I will contact the customer service to see if there's something that can be done about. Customer service was very helpful when I called for assistance with initial setup. Other than that, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Very easy to install. Simple instructions and I used my existing doorbell wiring so connecting was a breeze.
