We have had it for two years and it has worked great! One time we were out of state when the doorbell rang on my ring app on my cellphone. I answered the man who was obviously a salesman and told him I wasn’t interested. He thought I was in my home responding. We saw packages delivered while on vacation and requested a neighbor or our son to retrieve them for us.

Doorbell works well, but not Chime if using Sonos

However, I wanted to use several of their Chimes to have the doorbell ring around the house and found (and confirmed by Ring's rather poor customer support) that Chime is NOT compatible with Sonos speakers. I hope they will fix this, since I will be returning both the Doorbell and Chime. People who buy products like this likely are doing home automation, and Sonos, which I love, is a big part of that.
