Love this camera at the front door. Does a great job of capturing any movement at the door.

I liked the idea of the Ring doorbell but the battery dies way too quickly. If there is any car passing by I get constant notifications. A little annoying. I have tried adjusting the scope of the doorbell but still notifies me every single time a car passes by. I never knew there was so much traffic on my street.

Nice camera/doorbell easy setup got this for my parents who are not tech savvy and they love it

I just needed something quick & easy to help keep watch of my packages as a result of many thefts. I haven't had any since installation & absolutely love that I can speak directly with anyone coming near my door. I have noticed that it's not always accurate at responding to movement & sometimes it won't pick up anything whatsoever. Not sure if it's due to wifi or glitch in equipment but overall, it's not a bad idea.

But I am not sure why at times my video comes up blank! like pitch black. Contacted RING and they gave me like 10 or more steps to do something including removing bring the device closer to my modem for testing. I dont believe I should need to get someone do come do this to incur charges... I should take it back to best buy and get a newer one who knows... when it works it works well

we bought this as our gate precludes our front door and after doing a bit of research we found Ring, we have not looked back and have added a stick up camera (also by Ring). The only thing I wish they offered is a solar panel like their stick up camera. We are going to be buying these as gifts for our neighbors.

I like the product and the sense of security. But I was told add to purchase location; you don’t have to buy subscription to review past videos up to seven days. A month later after the purchase I received an email telling me I need to get in one of the two plans that they have or I will not be able to watch any previous videos . That’s where the disappointment is.

The Ring door bell works great keeping us and our home safe. Always know who is ringing the doorbell, as well as the ability to speak to a visitor without opening the door. Also the motion alert shows you who is approaching your door whether they ring the bell or not! Our family has never felt safer in our Urban home.

I was cheap when buying this product, when I should've spent the extra money for the 1080P. I will most likely buy that 1080 for the front door and put this one somewhere else. I will get the $10 subscription for multiple units

This video door bell was extremely easy to install. With the help of my granddaughter it was done in just a few brief minutes. Now while I’m at work I am alerted every time someone is at my house. It is very comforting to know. I highly recommend this video door bell to everyone whether you work at home or away from home. You will always have prior knowledge as to who’s at your door before opening it

It’s an ok camera. 720p but it sure seems more of a lesser quality. An ok product but I recommend going with the newer model
