We know it’s not our WiFi, since we have fios and everything else is super fast. By the time we get a notice that there’s motion, people have either been standing outside for several seconds after they’ve rang the doorbell or they’ve moved on.

Okay budget doorbell

I ended up replacing with a different brand. Be aware this is basically useless without a $30/year subscription

Black screens, no connection even though the signal is good, App crashes. For a security device that costs $179 it should be more reliable. Also, you need to subscribe to a pay service to look at past events, you can just store the event videos on your phone so you have to use their cloud service and pay. Better off getting a cheaper brand.

It says it can be used to install in to brick but that was not the case. Good thing I had a hammer drill and ended up going up to the hardware store to buy drill bits for stone/brick after theirs broke off. I wish they had document the drill bit size somewhere in their documentation or on the web site. Ended up eye-balling it for size.

This was perfect for Christmas because when UPS delivered my item to wrong person I had the proof I needed to get it replaced. I am also able to respond to people through phone I have recommeded this to family and friends
