Thing only rings phone when it wants too. Doesn't sense people at door. Placed in several spots, at door, only works if it feels like it. Bringing back to BB. Very upset.

Hesitant to buy the floodlights.

Its hardwired to the doorbell so it stays charged all the time making it even more convenient. Once you get your motion setting dialed in, the camera, speaker, and phone app work well to provide a good experience. Looking to upgrade to higher resolution version next time around.
