Great Product!

While having an upgraded chime, and being able to play music when the doorbell rang was a nice feature, overall they were a waste of money. We have only had the Ring for a couple of Months now, and we have already found it invaluable on multiple occasions. I highly recommend Ring , as it is a great addition to any Home Security system.

Great doorbell ringer!

Keep in mind it is not a live streaming camera that you can log in at any time. Although it does not do that it did not bother me. I have a front yard IP camera that I can live stream. Voice quality is what you expect over a typical unreliable Wi-Fi network. Sometimes great sometimes choppy. But I think it is the best out there

Mounting difficulty

Uneven surfaces such as brick or masonry cause problems with the mounting plate. The electronics are excellent but efforts should be made to make mounting easier on non-flat surfaces.
