Great product, easy install.

Installation was straightforward if you have basic handyman skills. Only downfall is nothing mentioned on box about subscription service required for video saving unless it was some super fine print I might not have read but otherwise good product.

Works well, but installation a pain

My old doorbell was installed on siding and ring is to big for the siding planks so wouldn’t go on the siding. Had to move the wires in order for this thing to be flush with the house

Needs improvement

I'm not 100% happy with the way it tracks the motion. Another thing I'm disappointed about is they just released a new version of the doorbell that's a bit better.

Once I installed and got it connected to my WiFi I found I liked it. Not only can I see who I at my door when I’m at home but I can keep an eye on my door using the Ring app ( app is on the App Store, free to download) when I’m away from home.
