Installation was straightforward if you have basic handyman skills. Only downfall is nothing mentioned on box about subscription service required for video saving unless it was some super fine print I might not have read but otherwise good product.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven’t been able to mount it on my door because you have to screw it into the wall and I am renting an apartment where I can’t put any holes in the wall and it took too long for me to return so I’m just waiting to use it but it looks great, that why I give it a 4 stars.

Works well, but installation a pain

My old doorbell was installed on siding and ring is to big for the siding planks so wouldn’t go on the siding. Had to move the wires in order for this thing to be flush with the house
