Nice product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very durable I have this product now for over a year no problems, the camera angle view is perfect wall to wall, the bracket is not really good but battery life is about a week I have mine always connected you need annual purchase to have recording but the price is REALLY LOW per year I work without pay but you don't have recordings only live view...

battery not charging - almost 3 yrs old

The new models have batteries that can easily be replaced. This model does not appear to have a replaceable battery.

Decent camera, easy to install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this for almost 2 year and so far it does a great job monitoring who came to my front door or if there is any package left. The installation is easy too if you already have a hardwired doorbell. I would have put 5 star if it could improve the loading time. So far it takes about 5 to 10 seconds loading time to view the camera.

We decided to purchase one as a gift...it was very well received. The only complaint that I have is that the small screws just spin and spin and it is very difficult to remove the Ring to charge. Love this motion and ring activated camera.

I thought I was ordering the pro version, which allows viewing from the device at any time (whether the motion or ring is activated). We still love this model, though. The battery life is really great - it's super easy to recharge using the USB cable provided.
