It’s supposed to be motion sensor, but 5/10 times if a delivery comes by without actually ringing, a video won’t get captured.

Pretty Neat Technology

Their entryway is fieldstone so it took him a fair amount of tweaking to get the unit to sit flat so that it could be hooked up. Connecting to the home network wasn't difficult but the distance from the wireless router does impact video quality.

Excellent front door monitoring

Battery life listed as 6-12 months with regular use. Used along with wireless chime that works perfectly also. One minor issue, you cannot use the camera unless there is motion or the button is pushed. Very happy with this purchase.
