Compared to my coworkers who has the generation 2, well this one is blah! Mine has a narrow view like looking through a doors peep hole. My coworkers is like looking out the door. His view is beautiful compared to mine. Im taking mine back and getting the Ring2.

Not sure if this is a Ring or Internet provider issue. I never have issues with any other security products that are outside and use WIFI. I do love that the plan is very cheap for 1-year of service.

So far, the motion does not work at all. All the help FAQs say it is the app, but it is set up for motion in the app and still does not work. There is also a delay from the ring to the app.

I like that you can also be alerted if someone near by has an issue or alert and keep me updated. It cheap to for what you get. Only has 1 down fall for some reason the internet keeps disconnecting from the door bell so I have to re connect every so often. Other than that I would recommend to friends

It is so super cool to be able to see outside our front door at any time. We haven't gotten the additional chime for the inside, yet, and don't know if we will. This thing is wonderful!! There is infrared so you can see at night, also.

I can hear the person fine, but the video feed gets pixelated. Still worth it!
