Affordable doorbell camera works with WiFi and detects Motion. The app has to be installed For you to see and get alerts. There are times that the motion isn’t picked up. This is a great beginner camera.

I bought knowing that I'd did not had live streaming but later I learned that a future app and firmware update will allow it. I really like it and it works everytime.

I bought the ring to make sure nothing goes wrong while away from my house. Came to found out a person was check out our mail box. I am glad that I bought the ring. But I have issues with the clearly of the picture on this ring.

For the price one can't expect CIA security so its only been 48 hours and seems to be working - we placed ours opposite the door in order to get more of the driveway/entrance view/monitor...keep you all posted as to further wear and tear with the weather... God bless

Disappointed that after talking my sister and bf to go to best buy instead of Amazon. I ordered my second ring I had to wait 2 weeks my sisterordered one the week after I did but she rec. a free dot. Ive tried to contact them but no one answers

Works great, extra security is a plus to have for the house

I enjoy my Ring Doorbell. However, I have trouble reaching it on my Wifi due to a wall in the laundry room that has metal beams in it. I am in the process of getting an additional Wifi Router to strengthen the signal to make it work better for my situation.

Better than old timey doorbell east to install and use

Only negative is the $3 per month mandatory charge to be connected to the Cloud. Since 95% of the action is motion detection, we don't see the value to pay to review just that. The Live Camera feed is very useful to monitor those at our front door. We may connect to the Cloud for the period of time when we are out of town however.

Very hard to get sensitivity set correctly. It's either picking up cars driving down the street, or not picking up people walking down the driveway. Otherwise pretty cool to be able to get a live look at what's going on infront of my house

I couldnt get the sensitivity right. Everytime i checked the recording there was nothing and it was 10 per hour all day and all night too. My house is 70 ft from the road. So i guess theres too much reflection.

I wanted to get this item for a long time and I finally purchased it on Black Friday at a great price. Unfortuneatly I had to return the item because it needed to be hard wired and I needed something that was battery powered. The wires for my doorbell are broken somewhere in the wall and cannot be used.
