Best purchase i could have ever bought. I love the idea of feeling safe wherever i go. Ring doorbell gets an A+ It alerts me at home and when I'm away of wanted and unwanted visitors.

I love my Ring doorbell and love the neighborhood watch feature! My only complaint is the long delay in trying to talk to the person at the door...I haven’t called Ring to see if they can help me fix this, but probably should. Will update if I do...

I fell in love with the ring bell. I felt like im always safe whenever im away from home. I get to know what is goin outside my house and notifies me whenever there is a motion sense inside my chosen range. Keep video records on my file. Definitely would recommend

We really enjoy having a RING doorbell as it offers a secure and helpful feeling for my wife. I've had to call for help more than once and they were very helpful, and patient (I'm old and listen slowly), on each call. Thank you.

Love this product, I get to see who’s at the door first and decide if I want to get up and answer it. we get a lot of door to door sales people at all hours of the days so times. So this video doorbell has really come in handy!

The doorbell is OK and a reasonable deal when compared to peers. It doesn't have an outstanding feature, except that it can be wired, which saves the hassle of dismounting the doorbell and charging the battery (particularly when the temperature outside is frigid). The video quality is far from perfect and I've had connectivity issues. It seems to me that when I'm at home, I can't see the live view (maybe because it is on the same network, I don't know). I rarely had that issue when I'm outside or on cellular network. Given the relatively low price, I think it's a reasonable product.

This is an awesome idea. The only problem is I still cannot get it to function. I am taking it back for second time as the first did not work period. No lighting of front activation button.

I originally purchased this camera because I was traveling, and I wanted to be able to watch my house. I must say it was worth the money. Only downside is the camera quality isn’t as clear so go with the ring2

Purchased the ring doorbell for my parents . Easy to install and operate and now I don't have to worry so much as I can see who comes to their home, in addition to them. Love the cloud storage and the motion activated recording. Great additional security device.

I purchased 2, plus pay monthly for protect plus plan for recording, but sometimes can't see out at night & they never record! Not sure if I installed it properly? But I do like having them.

I absolutely love my Ring Doorbell and I love that I can get notifications instantly when someone approaches my door. The live view is also a great way to just see what's happening outside. I recommend the Ring to everyone.

Has a good wireless connection. Video can become washed out on overly bright days. I've personally gotten about 35 days out of the battery but I do use the live view feature often. I would recommend this product.

I love my Ring doorbell It makes me feel so secure and safe ! The camera is amazing the microphone AMAZING! Everything about this product is just amazing. I couldn’t have bought a better product to monitor my house.

A must for your home! Keep an eye on packages being delivered and who or what is coming up to your door. I feel safer having eyes outside at all times!

It is slow to pick up and connect during the action. Also can’t get it to stop picking up vehicles driving by. It’s becoming “the boy who cried wolf” scenario

Love my ring. This is why three family members got one for Christmas. I love the facts of: checking on my house while out. Seeing who is at my door. Knowing when someone is approaching. And knowing what is happening in my neighborhood.

I like the idea of being aware of everything that goes on at my front door. I adjusted the sensitivity down to detect only large trucks. The live camera works. I would appreciate higher quality. You have to pay 3 dollars a month to record on the ring cloud.

For the most part, the product works. If the doorbell button is pressed, the device records movement beginning shortly after the button is pressed. If a person approaches the device but does not press the button, the recording always misses the period of time from when the motion started until about 10-15 seconds later, meaning that the device does not always record who or what tripped it. I have had this device installed for just over 1 month now and have not had the time to troubleshoot. I installed a new modem and router based upon a Best Buy salesperson recommendations to improve WiFi connectivity to the Ring doorbell, but the recording lag persists.

I’ve had this product for over a month. It works perfectly and now I’m able to see who’s at the door. I don’t have a peephole, so now whether I’m home or not, I can see who’s at the door and even get recordings. Love it!
