This is a good door bell. The video quality is decent. I did have an issue where it stopped working, but Ring replaced the door bell with no problems. Since then, I've had no issues.

This is a great doorbell for us since we live on the second floor. This allows us to see who is at the door and to speak to them before heading down the stairs. It will also allow us to see if anyone enters our home while we are away.

It was easy to install and provides a clear picture. The only drawback is the "motion" signal pickup every vehicle passing by.

Very easy to install and set up. The doorbell works fine. The motion alert works around half the time. Tech support tried to help, but wanted me to go through too many hoops. Finally decided I would live with it.

Wish I would’ve known about needing a wedge when I first purchased - battery life is very short if you live in an active neighborhood

We love our new Ring doorbell!! Having a pool in our backyard we needed something to let us know when someone is at our front door! Being able to speak to them and confirm we know they are there is a convenience we never had before!!

I like the ring doorbell but it's kind of hard to get the distance set without it going off every time some drives by because we live in an addition and want to get the most view we can.

IF YOU NEED TO KEEP A WATCH ON YOUR MAIL AND PACKAGES BEING DELIVERED, RING IS THE OPTION. YOU CAN SEE WHOS DROPPING STUFF OFF AND IT ALERTS YOU SO YOU CAN CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOUR PACKAGES ARE SAFE.

I was a gift for my mom. She loves it. It helps especially around xmas times when you have packages and stuff. You know when they arrived, it sends a notification to your phone or tablet.

has it for 3 years now, hardwired and worked great, saved us a few times when we are not home regarding deliveries and visitors. video loading could be slow due to LTE coverage on the road.

The Ring works well. It has a very wide angle camera and the ringer definitely can be heard. Also the app that helps monitor the motion, records the action until you delete it. I definitely like the product.

I love the viewing angle on the camera on this device. I'm not thrilled about the subscription to record video, considering I can record to my own cloud storage. Viewing video is free all the time though.

Love my ring! I own all Alexa devices around my home so it pairs well with them! The only problem is to make sure you have good internet speed or it lags.

Door bell works great. The motion detector picks up motion past the area defined area, causing many notifications.

Best security invention ever. I can control it from anywhere with my cell phone. The barking dog is a great answering sound and it makes people think someone is home.

I like the combination of it being a Wifi door bell with a camera and being able to use it as a security camera. It lets you see a "live" picture when every you need to and alerts you when motion is detected or someone rings your doorbell.

Awesome product. The are only two negatives: Ring's tech support is weak and the first device I bought was defective. It took a week to figure this out because of the poor technical support. Aside from that, the product is fantastic

Awesome way to keep away unwanted visitors and watch suspicious activity. Very convenient when you are in different rooms and don’t feel like answering the door to unexpected visits. Buy it!
