My son to youn for a cell, but old enough to be home for 40 min. With Ring, he can reach out and connect by pressing the door bell. Instant access to cell phone, with video feed.

You would think Ring engineering on the attachment plate would line up the holes to common, standard electrical boxes. If you are installing this on anything other than a flat surface, you better have a drill press and a lot of patience. Trying to replace on an existing electrical box with rock work surround, takes a lot of effort. Ring engineering staff obviously came out of college and has never been in the field where the real work is. Not impressed on something that only requires common sense.

It takes time to get up and answer a doorbell ring. There is no pleasure in finding no one there. After repeated "pranks", the teenager was photographed and put on the community site. Problem solved.

The ring is great. We have 3 cameras and the doorbell. Works wonderfully. Gets alil annoying at times since its goes off each car that drives by sending a notification to my phone.

I wish I would have purchased this long time ago. It really fits the purpose that I needed along with the pro chime for better wifi signal if you are hooking it up to your wifi.

This has saved so many packages of mine! I’m in a bad area and I have caught so many thief’s trying to steal my packages idk what I would have done without it.

I read up on the Ring doorbell and talked with some friends that use one. I like it ok but had some difficulty getting it to properly connect with my wifi because we have a concrete block wall and the router is about 60 feet away. Ended up having to get a signal extender & it connects (most of the time). One issue I've noticed is that my Ring faces directly west and often much of the picture is washed out/overexposed.

Really like the doorbell for keeping track of anyone coming to the door. Only problem is I have to keep connecting the doorbell to WiFi at least once a week.

I really love this doorbell. I can see who is at the door even if I am far away. All I need is a smartphone. Motion detection is a great gesture as well. Worth the money!

this ring doorbell does a great job. it shows when i have a package delivered or when someone might be doing something there not supposed to. i love my ring

Love product fare as seeing activity at door. Speaker weak Delay notification 30 seconds by cell phone then to answer by iPhone another 20 seconds. Some times people thank nobody is home due to delay

I am not impressed with this. We have had people literally on our porch and the motion dectection doesn't record them. Mailman comes every day and the motion detection doesn't go off, but it picks up cars going down the road. We have adjusted the motion settings every which way and still have this issue

Absolutely love this. I know that there’s someone in my front yard before they even get to the door. The range and sensors worth tremendously.

You are able to look live anytime you want without people ringing the door bell which is nice and it will give you a motion alert when someone or something crosses in its path.

This doorbell is perfect, there was a recent update that notifies you with a small picture to give you a quick look at whats going on at your door!

It looks nice, but I found a few problems. 1. The motion detect function is not reliable. Sometime it works, but sometimes not. 2. It may be useless without their cloud service. 3. If you do not answer the alert fast enough, you cannot turn on the camera from your phone or tablet even If someone is there. So, there is no way to see or talk to them.

The camera works well, but when I try to open the app to see who’s at the door it takes several seconds and sometimes people have already left.

Been looking at this since it was called DoorBot. Wish the camera came on faster, but overall love it. Wish I could connect it to my own DVR storage system for the motion video. Other than that, I love it.

Amazing product for 99.00 dlls, You can't go wrong. Easy install, really works and alelrts always sharp. Super fast video response. I really like my Voice alerts. Amazing!!!

Great for lighted areas not good for dark places battery last about one week proably more if your not like me checking liv e view every little while
