I feel very satisfied with this product and I am so glad that I purchased it and would not want to go back to having to use keys for entrance

I love how I can be a wand still answer the door. It was also very easy to install via hardwired.

This ring doorbell is awesome accessory to add to your security system. Gives peace of mind. Only bad thing is quality of picture isn't great.

This is a must cause u never know who is coming i, your yard. People will knock on ur door to see if your home. Even if ur not u. Can answer and it deters thieft.

Works well most of the time. However, sometimes there’s a lag between when the doorbell rings and when the video will show up for review.

Thought I had it hooked up right so it wouldn't need batteries, but didn't I guess and battery died in 4 months

The doorbell/camera has an awesome range of sight. The only issue we have is if the internet is not doing its job and giving power to the wifi feature of the bell, otherwise, perfect.

Works great!!!! My doorbell was where the camera would not see beyond the porch so I’m using it with battery and it’s lasting a long time. Love the extra sense of security.

I initially purchased the RingPro, but I had to return it because it was not compatible with my home. I exchanged it for this older version of the Ring and I have no problems with it

It is a great thing to have it has great clarity and I would rate it a 5 if I was able to access the doorbell camera without someone having to ring it or motion it
