Love my device ! Did not know that all viewing and certain functions turn off after your 30 day preview which forces you to buy one of the services.

My in laws live in a three story home and this allowed them to answer the door with their smartphone and not have to go up and down the stairs.

This is my second one. You can see who is at the door. You are in a group where video of suspicious activities are shared. It is great.

The Ring doorbell works great and just as I had hoped. Motion detection and automatic alerts to smart phone with saved videos. Very happy with it.

Daytime view is good. Nighttime not so good. I cannot hear on my phone when someone rings the bell so I might get the chime you plug in.

It’s good for what I brought it for m, to be able to view who is at my door without having to come to the door.

This is strictly only for people with a house. I don’t like that you can’t save videos/pictures unless you sign up for a membership with them for a fee. I returned this item instantly they need to provide most specific clear information. It’s pretty device to big if you ask me. That’s the only reason I gave it two stars.

With this device, I'm connected to people in my community. We look out for each other. The police also reports things on this site as well.

Was not looking to connect this camera wiring to the doorbell system. Returned item to upgrade to a different model that works with my needs

We wanted it get this to have for extra home security. Its amazing and the range that you see from your front door is great.

We bought this to go with the Ring alarm system we already have. It works great and even gets rid of solicitors without even coming to the door.

Just installed a new front door and have always had problems with the old doorbell. This is the perfect solution. Now I can answer the door from my office across town.
