Notifications are a little slow and the view can get distorted due to having a fish eye lens. Other than that, this is a great product.

I received this item by mail and today I opened it from the box. At first, I noticed that the box’s first picture is all smudged and it looks like- someone peeled it off- how you open up a used product. Then after opening the item, I see all finger prints on the ring device and it has no charge at all- absolutely 0%. This is a third class job, executed by staff in BestBuy. Perhaps, some smart employee thought that I would accept a used product with finger prints on it with zero % battery level. That’s pure stupidity and dishonesty. I never expected this from a store in Orlando- highly shameful and I highly doubt- I would ever come to this store and the Store Manager must be held accountable along with that stupid staff.

Bought this for my son and his new wife for Christmas. Great to be able to see who is at the door before opening it!

When hooked up with the hardwired doorbell in my home this video doorbell doesn't ever need to be charged and works flawlessly.

This unit was bought on sale and worth the money. The video definition is good but it requires a strong wifi signal.

There is a bit of lag between connection when viewing make sure you have your clip settings right

it is very good security device. it take 5 min to set up and work from anywhere in the world based on experience.

We were told that this is simple and easily to assemble. When you open it, there are multiple parts, a lose screw in the package (really!!!) and you need to use a QR scan with your phone or device. Definitely will pay for someone who knows what they are doing to install it properly. Security is too important to do this incorrectly.
