Upon opening the box I noticed some of the screws were not contained in the little plastic bag with the others. They were loose in the box. As I was so excited to have the Ring, I nudged it off. However upon picking the Ring up out of the box , I noticed a couple of dings or should I say tiny dents on the Ring. This observation begin to make me really uneasy about the product, yet my husband and I moved forward with the installation. After installing and connecting it to our wi-fi, I noticed the clarity was awful. Understand I was aware if the 750 or 780 pixel, but this vision was unacceptable. I contacted the Ring company for technical support. After observation from tech support it was confirmed that my Ring was faulty and possibly refurbished. I was sent another Ring directly from the company. I actually went ahead and upgraded to Ring 2. It works wonderful

We love the Ring doorbell. You can answer it and see who is there no matter where you are. I ended up buying two more for gifts.

Easy set up and descent clarity on video. Love that there is a app the the user can utilize.
