    I didn't realize in the fine print that you have to pay for a service to use this product online. It just would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also, it works pretty great but installing was not the easiest for an amateur like myself.

    Surpassed my expectations. The only issue is that you can not store your own videos at home, you have to pay extra if you want to replay your videos, which kind of defeats the purpose of having your own recording device
