Sometimes annoying because it picks up every little thing. But we have been working with it to pick up fewer things. Still trying to figure out the talk part of it. Works just like it should.

got it for my mom to put at her house. Makes it very easy for her to know when someone is at the door. Couldn't hear her other doorbell from every room in house before.

I absolutely love this product. It was easy to install and use from my iPhone. Along with my mobile automated doorlock, I'm able to view who's at the door, and then unlock it from my phone. WOW!

Although these days, not sure burglars care if they are seen on camera, it does give a sense of security. But nice to know when packages are delivered and when someone is at your front door. Battery lasts about 2 months.

Very easy to install and use. Had some issues with the first doorbell but ring quickly replaced it. Love being able to communicate with people if I'm not home and that it records in case we miss anything.

This doorbell has saved me trips to my door to see who is there. all visitors are able to be viewed on my phone and the doorbell lets me know they are there. Great purchase on my part.

seems to have a delay when it detects motion don't know if its my internet provider or the device charging the battery takes a long time, will be buying an extra one so there is no downtime overall I really like it

Like having the camera since we live on the corner behind an elementary school. Can see the traffic go by since sometimes people don't drive as carefully as they should. Able to see kids get home safely.

This was bought as a gift and they said they are very happy with it. They said they are pleased how long the batteries last, which was their concern at first.

It’s nice for our family to be able to help keep our neighborhood safe. We get updates when strange activities are happening around us. Also the picture is so clear!!

I love my ring! Not only am I able to see what is going on outside my house during the day, but at night I found out I had a stray cat, a raccoon and people walking down the street at 2am.

I had the Geek Squad install my Ring system. I feel safer with this at my home. I can see who rang the doorbell or was at my door. I can check to see what's delivered even if I'm not home!

The response time to detecting motion is very delayed. I’ve had delivery drivers walk up and drop off the package. By the time it records the shot and notifies me, you’re only able to see their back as they walk away.

I like having this. I can go to live view from where ever I am, talk to people and back up videos. When I bought it, it was $6.00 a month per camera to back up videos for 90 days. I am able to save video if I want too and I gave access to Police if they need video that the Ring may have captured. They did send me an email once requesting access looking for a stolen work truck that may have passed by my Ring. Neighbors can post video and give warnings of alert around your neighborhood. Good night vision as well. I have had it a little over 2 years. Holds up well in all weather.

Camera works greats, takes a few adjustments to get rid of false alerts(cars driving by). Did not know I would need a monthly or yearly subscription to view past videos, I assumed it would retain for thirty days like my Arlo cameras do

This has been the best thing I bought. Why I waited so long I have no idea. It was easy to install and probably took 15 minutes. I’m going to add other ring cameras all around the house.

Worked MUCH better than the August doorbell I tried.

Wish it was smaller like the pro sized but it does have an internal battery..
