Great camera that helps with security. Would recommend this one unless you have the money to get one of the updates models. This one is just as good as the newer models to me. It has all the updates on it.

Love the doorbell. My only issue is that I didnt realize that I would have to charge the battery as much. It needs charged more when it is cold. It has been fine in the summer. It might be wise to purchase an extra battery.

This is a nice addition to my home from a safety perspective. In addition as you carry your phone with you just turn on a live shot for any motion around the lens. The span is pretty wide so it sees a great wide angle.

I wish I could buy more brands to see which one I preferred better. I have the same problem as my cameras, the motion detect picks up everything. I wish they could develop a software that sees people.

I feel this product has helped me feel more at ease that there is an extra eye on my home property. And a doorbell that let's me know when the mailman is there

Great quality on the picture and other features. If you order a lot of packages this is a good idea. Unfortunatley you need to pay to view any videos of ppl at your door. Not exspensive, but still a handcuff

It was very easy to link everything up. I would advise to anyone who will install this on brick to purchase a better drill bit rather than using the one supplied in the package. It will save you a tremendous time drilling!

Picture and video quality is good, but I think there is a lag time and someone’s doesn’t pick up necessary things like if someone opens the door and walks into the house quickly... however rings when someone is driving by.

Added this to our front door and moved the original Ring doorbell to the backdoor. The new one has a better camera and a quicker response time. Made the change because the new one was on sale.

It's been installed for about 1 month so far. Video is clear. My only issue is that the camera view is low and it doesn't allow me to see everything I want. If I put the ring up higher some people won't be able to reach it.

This has been a great purchase for the security of my house. Let’s me see the comings and goings of my front door and let’s people know that they need to be mindful of my house.

This product works excellent it was easy to install and easy to use. the app is also easy to use. The only issue is I would like to have short term video without buying a package per month

Loving the Ring Video Doorbell. I was expecting a very important package to be delivered that needed to be signed for. The postal delivery person rang the doorbell to deliver and receive my signature. However, I was about 2 minutes away. Fortunately, I received the notification on my phone when he rang the doorbell, and I was able to talk to him and ask him to wait for me until I got there. I also love being able to review video footage of people that have come to my front door with the additional Ring service I purchased. I will never have to worry about Porch Pirates at my house.

We use our RING everyday and it gives my wife and I wonderful peace of mind!

This is the second ring we've bought. There great and very easy to use. Graet quality .you can see everything very clear from your phone and speaking on it is also great

Pretty easy to set up once installed. A little confusing on connecting with our WiFi but once it’s set up, it works well. I plan on buying another one or two soon for other outside areas. I recommend Ring products.
