I love the fact you can hardwire this doorbell on top of having a back up battery installed. Only drawback is you have to pay monthly for video recordings.

Would highly recommend as it was very easy to install and hassle free as it does not require any hard wire install. I definitely recommend this over the Ring Doorbell Pro!

The Ring Video Doorbell 2 is an awesome product that works as a doorbell and also videos who is in front of your house!

I'm still deciding if I like it and if it's worth it. I was limited to non-wired, battery options and this is probably the best available in that category. Pros: Battery powered so it doesn't require wiring Video is clear Good viewing angles Cons: As others have mentioned, the notifications are a bit delayed and by the time the phone loads up the action it's been 15-20 seconds. The sound the doorbell makes when someone rings it sounds very cheesy/low quality. Sometimes the video won't load at all Notifications inexplicably stopped on one phone until I reinstalled it

This product was so easy to set up within 20 minutes I was up and running after charging the battery, installing the app and registering The app makes the set up a breeze.

Works just as advertised. It is a good product and was quite easy to install. programming is very easy and the coverage of the front of my house is great.

I bought this video doorbell because my camera from cox quit working. They wanted to charge me $99 to fix. The video quality is much better on the Ring and easy to adjust.

The ring is a great option when you can't hardwire a bell. We like it and its a great security option also. You can view your doors when your home or out.

We purchased this to give us additional security as we experienced a upsurge of home invasions in our area. With this we know who is at the door whether we are home or not

This is a great device for monitoring activity at the front door. I had a package delivery that I was able to accept taking to the FedEx driver over the Ring door bell.

Clear view on camera . Like knowing who Is at door or in yard. Live view is nice. Only issue I've had Is flag will trip camera at times. Sun glare blocks camera at times.

I use the camera everyday and feel super safe. Anytime shows shows up at the door I'm alerted without fail. Picture is also clear.

I replaced my original Ring doorbell with this, I like it better since I can just replace the battery instead of having to remove the unit to charge the battery.

I love that this one is has a higher resolution picture, faster to respond and removable battery. I keep and extra battery charged so when one runs down I can just swap batteries and keep it going.

I absolutely love the picture and functionality of this doorbell. I would only recommend buying an extra battery because they take a few hours to charge.
