Super easy to setup. The app is really easy to use. My only issue is on really sunny days it picks up way too much motion from light reflection off the paint next to my door and it sends motion alerts.

It relieves paranoia and anxiety about what’s going on at the house when we aren’t there. Video and other features work as advertised

Quick install. It is a great upgrade to the normal doorbell. Got to love seeing who is at your house when you are gone

Works great in daytime and at night. Simple set up and was able to adjust the settings within minutes. It's nice to see what's going o , when not at home.

Wife is handicapped. With this she can see if it's someone that she want's to see and tell them to wait tell she gets to the door. She loves it

The Ring Doorbell 2 was easy to install, connect to WIFI and smartphone. It accurately senses motion and records. A great addition to our home!

We actually had to return this due to some WiFi connectivity issues, which is something to be aware of. The install was easy and the app is very user friendly. Effectiveness depends on how much traffic is on your street (both vehicles and pedestrians) and adjusting the settings for picking up passerby’s. I couldn’t get the adjustments to not pick up passing vehicles, therefore fine tuning was a challenge. There are other options; however, if you’re looking for a basic camera to pickup package thefts, vehicle tampering and other activities, this is a good investment. If you’re looking for something more robust with a lot more bells and whistles, there’s other options.

Have had this for a while now, works good about 85-90% of the time. Sometimes unable to get live view and most of the recordings are like delayed a couple seconds, like showing when movement is going away from view. Battery life is so so, my experience has been that usually lasts only a month or two, but I do have my Motion settings turned up to try not miss anything. Fortunately I purchased extra battery that I keep charged so I just swap when needed. I don't like that the lens gets foggy when it gets really cold or on some occasions after a rain shower. Then nothing is viewable except cloud view. Other than those things works pretty well.

Loved this the day I got it quality is excellent install wasn’t to difficult but the battery became an issue with it recently after a year it no longer holds a charge

Love this product, it is very user friendly and it proves a peace of security when we are home and away. The installation was not as easy.

Comes with everything needed to install into brick minuse the drill. Easy instalation and i love the motion alert that comes before the door bell.

You will not be disappointment with the video door bell. Easy setup, great quality and very durable.

Easy to install. Phone app takes a little getting used to. My WI-fi has some weak areas, when I get that sorted out I think the system will work well.

Way pretty decent for the price set up and installation is fairly easy only complain is the sensitivity Could be better Even with their adjustment it still picks up cars or animals

Awesome! I recently had a package stolen from my porch so I bought this device to keep an eye on my front yard. Worked great has a lot of options.

Love it! Easy to set up, easy to use. I have ALEXA paired with it and it is great. Can see who is at my door from work with the app on my phone.

Perfect picture This is an excellent device and I think that everyone should have one I have spoke to my neighbor about it and he plans to get one

The ring door bell was easy to install. Connecting to our router took 2 tries but has worked great ever since. Overall it worth the money and piece of mind

Only had up a few days but working great so far. Hopefully the battery will last a long time. I have hooked up to hard wire on door bell as well.
