This was easy to set up, install, and use. It has a great viewing range and lets us know what's going on outside our door. I would recommend this for everyone.

Love this doorbell. I bought an extra battery so when I get the battery alert I swap it. Picture quality is ok, but adequate.

It was easy to install using the clear directions. It is great.. can now see who or what is at the door remotely, whether in the garden or away from home.

This is an excellent doorbell, as well as real time video surveillance! We will definitely be looking into more ring video security accessories.

The first one I purchased broke, Ring over nighted a new to me. Simple to install. Easy to access. Live view can be delayed depending on internet connection.

Super simple to install and use. The app works great with the camera. The only “bad” thing is we have not been able to connect it to Alexa as described.

Fairly easy install (even hard wired). Picture quality good but sound tends to “break up” at times. Motion detection and ring with slight “delayed” notification despite adequate WiFi.

These RING doorbells have gotten so popular so I decided to try one of my own. The companion app is so neat how you get alerted every time someone is at your door. We had a girl scout stop by while we were away, we were able to tell her that if she came back the next day, we would purchase some cookies! (Just my own little fun story) More practical uses is watching our delivery man drop off a package or when we are home and someone "rings" we can see who they are using our Amazon Echo Show without even going to the door! Excellent purchase!

Better than the first generation,it came with all the accesories you need to install it,picture and video quality is way better than the first model.

My wife had suggested getting a Ring Doorbell for months & I thought we really didn't need one. Now I still don't think we NEED it, but I certainly do like having it & have found it very useful.

used out side and now i installed it in side my apt towatch when i have workers doing work and i dont have to be in the same room

We moved to a new place and wanted to have a better security so wanted to give this one a try and we are not regretting our decision this is a perfect video door bell.
