Originally purchased the ring 1 and returned it in 4 hours - had horrible video quality. Got the ring 2 and it works perfectly for us.

This has been amazing to have for our doorbell. With the recent activity in our neighborhood it’s helped us feel more secure when we aren’t at home.

The product was easy to install and use. It gives us a peace of mind and actual security since we had several packages stolen right off our front porch.

I love the ability to see who is at the door anywhere and anytime. Didn't give it 5 stars because it is a little too sensitive and large vehicles driving in front of the house sets it off.

Works great and was very easy to install and connect to my home WiFi. It's also a clean, neat design that looks great. Phone app works great, easy to review camera videos.

This device, on battery power hits the mark. The alerts come in fast, the camera view is extra wide and crisp, and the speaker works better than expected.

I love it. It let's me know if someone ls in front of my townhouse also the camera is great in the back. I also like that I can speak through both of them.

The Ring system works well. Sometimes too well but you can adjust the distance it reacts to. When watching a live alert, it takes several seconds to activate the device so you have a delay. It does the job. One thing you need to know - if you want to save your videos (this includes ones that were just taken), you have to pay Ring a fee of $60/year. If you don't, it's a live view only, which is really no value if you want to keep or share a video of a suspecious event. That's not made clear when you purchase it. It is a deterrent though.

This is awesome!!! Now I will always know who is around my house. I love it and recommend it for anyone wanting to see who is around your place. You might be surprised.

Despite buying the ring signal booster it still shows signal as poor. It takes forever to load, and the video is very grainy. I bought this because our mail was stolen and there have been robberies in our neighborhood. But I am not sure if it will be useful.

It better good but pretty sensitive motion goes off every five minutes kills the battery pretty quickly would recommend getting a spare battery if there a lot of traffic in your neighborhood
