Does the job

When I finally got the right one it was installed but didnt work because I needed a chime with an extender for my home. After obtaining it it was installed and the Ring now works. I still get comnents saying poor connect ion. The installation guy said it was most likely because of my router being upstairs . He couldn't offer any other explanation. Even though Im getting this comment ii does the job. Incidentally I have Comcast for my service provider
