It's been a few weeks and it's not as sensitive and doesn't notify all the time. I have the same settings as I did the first week. Usually will catch mailman each time, not yesterday. A guest can get all the way to my front door before it alarms me. I have it set for 25ft. Then there will be those days the garbage truck driving by will set it off. I do like how I can check surroundings with live view. I have mixed feelings about it.

An okay doorbell

There is no delay in notification. The only complaint that i have is the speaker quality. When i talk to the app (either the ring app or the rapid one), ppl cannot hear me clearly.
