Good starter doorbell

I would say I think the doorbell chime would be an appropriate attachment just in case your phone isn’t around to get to and hear the chime or if it’s off. Definitely recommend the device. I have it programmed to motion detect notices and can see anything going on at my front door on my phone. There is a slight delay which can be a little annoying but that is the only complaint.

Great Addition

I installed the Ring replacing a doorbell so I was able to wire it and use my existing interior ringer. What I like most is being alerted to a possible intruder thru motion detection which my CCTV cameras don’t provide. The Ring has clear, HD viewing and recording. I highly recommend this product.
