Promptly received my order in the mail. Very easy setup and I can see everything passing in my front door. I also love the feature of speaking through the door bell without coming up to the door. I also found the neighborhood app that keeps an eye out on things in the area. Great deal!

I absolutely love my doorbell camera!! I’ve always been a call before you come type of person so I don’t have many pop up visitors but now I can even monitor my home even when I’m away!! Works perfectly, stays charged for weeks and the picture is super clear!!

I like the feature of the camera. Has long battery life. You can see everything from your phone and even talk through camera when you’re away. The only con is that access to camera feed is only available through a monthly subscription with ring. Otherwise you only have access to live feed.

Not having to rely solely on the old doorbell wiring is a plus for me. The rechargeable battery lasted about a month for me since I did t really charge it all the way the day I installed the Ring. Recharging it all the way almost took all day when the battery did drain. Image quality is good.

Bought this as an upgrade to my original ring. Better picture and better battery. So far so good. Also like that it came with the wedge unlike the original that I had to purchase separately. Probably going to buy and additional battery to swap out when needed. I've been very happy so far.

So far this purchase has been good. Wanted a doorbell and camera on back of house where we did not have anything and it’s worked good as of now. A couple connection issues and unfortunately the sun causes some motion alerts when it hits just right but all in all I’m happy with purchase. Easy to install and setup. Have a few Ring products and like them at this point.

I bought 2 of these for gifts for my son and daughter. They both said it was easy to install and love the quality of the video and they feel their homes are more secure because of it. You download the app and it sends video to your phone when it detects motion within the range you set.

Love this product!! It is great to see who is at your door even when you're not at home! I like the neighborhood portion too to see if someone is suspicious.

Great device for security. Picture is clear and sound is clear. Connecting is a little slow and their is no direct interaction possible with Apple Watches.

Bought the Ring Doorbell 2 and it is the coolest thing I got for Christmas for myself. Good quality video and sound and it has smart features that help my family feel secure. Networking, easy installation, motion detection and distance adjustments and various ring sound options make this product a sure thing.

The video capture is better than others I have (blink and others), but there are some options that make me give only 4 stars. You have to change the chime transformer if you want to use your old chime. $20 more dollars. The video is black and white for night streaming. The device is too big. The life video option in the app is very clumsy.

It's a cool device that does a lot. I was so excited to install a Ring Video Doorbell, for the convenience of knowing when packages are left and also seeing who is approaching our door before they even ring the bell. The very first hiccup was that I could not complete the installation right after opening the box. You have to charge the included battery first -- which took me more than 5 hours (it's rather potent). So far it is working almost up to those expectations. First, while installation is ideally very simple, I have had a hard time getting the placement just right. This is mostly due to the fact that where my current doorbell is (and i am not looking to wire Ring to my existing bell) is not a flat surface, it is a molding that has curves, making it very difficult to properly mount the Ring unit. What I’m doing right now is holding it only by two screws and leaving the right side of the unit not attached to anything. It seems to be holding fine. However, that being said, all in all, it’s a fun and very useful device. I’ve even installed additional 2 chimes... PS: you need to pay for the cloud ( 30 days is free). I'll like to have an option to save on my computer...

I received as a gift and was skeptical whether I needed this. Instructions and set-up were great and all tools were included except my cordless drill. Simple to hardwire. Now, I can't stay off the app on my phone watching videos of my front yard and driveway. Who knew so much went on around my house all day!

We purchased this for security reasons but it is fantastic at notifying you when packages are delivered. While we were out of town we were notified that someone was at the door and could see it was UPS, we were then able to ask our neighbor to pickup the package until we returned. Easy to install and setup.

The video is great and the night video I would give 8/10. I gave it a 3 because sometimes it has not captured any motion and the battery was at 55%. Then about 12hrs later it started back working again. Also I hate that when someone rings doorbell, you only have about 5 seconds to answer it with your phone.

Love this doorbell. Great for security and easy to install. I used all weather double sticky tape to attach to my front door. No drilling and because it has its own battery I didn't have to do any wiring. Also, I have Alexa's all through the house and on my phone, so I can always hear the doorbell.
