Great start for security

I have been happy with the Ring Video Doorbell 2. I have not had a problem with the WiFi signal. I have had a couple to times that motion did not pickup. Not sure why. I have it hardwired to the door bell. Battery has not been a problem. Because it is WiFi driven, there is some delay between action and recording. I am happy with the purchase.

Battery Lasts Forever

My front door however didn’t have an existing doorbell nor did I hav an easy way to wire in a Ring doorbell so I opted to try the battery operated version. This works perfectly and I’m able to use the “live view” on the Ring App to see what is going on out front of my house at any time. This eventually led me to purchasing more Ring products because of the ease of use.

Cool product

The company had to send a wifi extender to make the streaming/recording less choppy but did not fix it 100%. Also, the company told me, delayed notifications was a result of poor wifi signal. 2. Wish the cloud service was free, for example companies like Blink being you pay $200 for the product. Other than that, customer service is excellent.
