Easy to install and works flawlessly

The kit includes the masonry bit, screw drivers, straight and tilted mountain blocks and easy to follow directions. Once installed setup is a snap, and the unit has been working flawlessly. They've made great improvements in eliminating false captures too.

A Ring that works

After doing extensive research and figuring out the exact voltage on the doorbell button (18V) using a multimeter, and comparing Ring 2 with Nest Hello, I finally went for Ring 2. We have had it for a week now and it works! The video quality is great, it keeps the wi-fi connection and most importantly it charges using the doorbell wiring.

Not sure if I could have installed it by myself (reason for 4 star not 5) but daughter and son-in-law did it together in about 1 hour making adjustments on directions etc. Also when I sit on porch with dog my daughter from her house talks to dog and it is fun to watch him try to figure out where she is.
