I love Ring products. My only frustration is that sometimes the motion detection does not activate hence no video! Love the Live View feature, too!

Install was super easy and it came with all necessary installation tools. Set up was rather simple and so far it works like a charm. The video quality is great and even though it says my WiFi connectivity is low I haven’t had that many problems going to live view or reviewing previous recordings.

I love it.....it works just as described and better. Probably going to get the Chime pro as well to enhance the WiFi

I love this camera! It’s so clear and vivid, even the night vision is amazing. It’s comes with extra brackets for facing down or sideways, easy to install and I love the neighborhood watch part of it , it’s nice to know when neighbors are having problems or even missing an animal

I love the Ring products. I had to return the Ring Doorbell Pro as I have a long overhang and it would get stuck in night mode and never return to color. This on the other hand, works perfectly. Great quality. I also like the fact it uses hard wired power and/or battery. So if I ever lose power the battery takes over.

Took some time to adjust it. I love how you can see all the other crime in the neighborhood you never knew about. It does pick up the motion sensor a bit late though. The Echo 5 Show is a perfect addition for it. Also, picks up big vehicles and takes some time to send to your phone. Set up was a little confusing but, got it.

Definitely recommend! This was an easy setup. Everything you need is included in the box, down to the drill bit needed if you have to install into concrete. The clarity of the camera has been great and I love i can drop in at anytime and checkout what’s happening at my door.

I bought a ring for both myself and my sister’s homes. Easy to install - works well and easy alongside my blink cameras. Great product and living in a large city, I now consider it essential. My sister loves hers as well - it takes security to the next level.

I will say I was a little skeptical about the hacking of the Ring ecosystem when I saw the articles online but the more I did the research, the more I noticed that it was that the people did not go through the app to secure their settings. That is one of the first things I did to help prevent that. Installing and setting it up was a breeze and I could've gotten the geek squad to do it with my TTS membership, but sometimes it is nice to do things yourself. I will say I was surprised I could route it to my existing doorbell chime and not have to purchase the chime pro bundle or the chime by itself. The sensitivity is turned up quite high out of the box and Id suggest turning it down and testing it out so you don't get notified whenever a car drives past your front yard. No complaints so far about the device! Super simple and awesome to set up with the Ring app and setting up my routine with the Alexa app! Would highly recommend!

I have tons of WiFi cameras and the ring so far has the best quality picture. The notifications are awesome and the neighborhood alerts definitely make it worthwhile. Easy to setup and install that my kids took care of this for us. Highly recommended for any smart home.

Nice unit, easy to install. I got the battery-powered unit due to electrical constraints. Works well, decent picture/video capture. NOTE: you need to subscribe to the Ring service to save any videos. I also recommend a back-up battery to minimize down-time between charges.

You can see who is at your door. Also you can talk to them tell them to leave the package at the door. special if you are by yourself. you can see who pulls up in your driveway. Easy to install plus easy to setup on your phone. even when you away from your house you know who is at your door.

The camera picture is clear. My problem is that it takes a while to be able to pull up the camera when my doorbell rings. I have 3 eero's for better service throughout the house. Actually, the front door is right next to the office, which is where the router is.

I bought the wireless version because most older doorbell systems are not compatible if you buy the hardwired system. The battery stays charged about as long as represented and easy to remove and charge. It takes about 8 hours to charge, so buy a second battery so you can keep one charged and just switch them. I also have two Ring cameras that have solar panels and they stay charged all the time and have flood lights. They are all synced together. You can access the doorbell and cameras from your smart phone. The doorbell takes a little while to set up and sync, but there are very good videos from Ring that are good. You may need the Ring Chime wifi extender if the doorbell is 40 feet or more from your wifi base. It has a lot of features that enhance the doorbell.

works great. excellent product. very easy to install. Bought for mom and dad house so can monitor door after random drunk dude showed up one night. their door is solid and cannot see through. Now can see whos there and feel safer. DEAD SIMPLE TO INSTALL!!!!!

We are very happy with the ring doorbell. It is very easy to install, and the app is easy to use too. The video is very good and shows everything. The only draw back we have found is that only one person can designated as the "owner". Everything else is great so far.

Needed a video access to a blind spot at our garage. Freguent deliveries and other visitors would go unnoticed until we installed this. The advantage is that no hard wiring is required and the activities are announced on all of our Alexa devices throughout our home.

My dad was looking into getting a doorbell camera but didn't know where to start. With Ring, you can get each piece at a time and add to it as you go and they all link to the same app. My dad loves it and even wants to add cameras around his house. Great system for the price!
