I love it but the squirrels set it off too. I also have a side cam but it can be temperamental

Great product! Set up is simplistic. Camera quality is better than expected. I really enjoy the neighborhood networking and communicating through the app. I wish I had an external monitor to mount near my front door. The only downfall is it is not operational if the internet goes down

This was an upgrade from our older original Ring Doorbell. The picture and range on the new Doorbell 2 is amazing. The system is easy to set up and get started. We love knowing we can keep and eye on our front entry and driveway from wherever we are.

Love it so far. Easy install and set up. I wish you could have it ignore cars (or it can and i jist havent figured it out) because i was going crazy with notifications every 10 min about cars. Otherwise great picture and easily pairs to other devices (my android phone and alexa devices).

Awesome product! We love the ring, it has a great picture, the alerts are spot on, it is easy to use, and provides an added security in the form of a doorbell. We liked it so much we got additional ones for our elderly parents.

Very easy to install. However, although I followed all mounting directions and installed one of the back plates, I had to turn off motion detection because it alerted everytime a truck (not cars) went by. Also, in my opinio, it takes too long for the camera to show who is at the door.

We had to replace our old original Ring doorbell that stopped working after 5 years. this one was easy to install with the adapter plate it came with. It works great and I love that it is so much easier to charge than the last one.

Have had several people ring the bell and not realize we can hear them talking and a surprise when we talk back to them! Keeps an eye on a large area giving us peace of mind. Only downfall is keeping it connected to your phone! Geek Squad has not returned our emails or calls asking for ideas or help.

We love this doorbell! Easy to install and has been a great way to monitor our home and keep track of the kids as they come home from school. The rechargeable battery is a must and we’re glad that we chose the Ring 2 over other available models

I am enjoying this item. If someone comes to your door and you are not home you know it and know who it is. If you want to startle them, you can even talk with them. It also helps to know someone is at the door when you cannot hear well.

It was easy to install. The video is really clear and I like how we get alerts when someone comes to the door. The yearly subscription is not bad for being able to record who comes to your front door and also see what's going on around your neighborhood.

So far, I really like the Ring Video Doorbell 2! It was easy to set up, easy to install by my front door, and is easy to see who comes up to my front door! The sound is good and not intrusive on my cell phone. I recommend this product.

Feel a lot more at peace with this. Can keep an eye on things while away and even while at home can check suspicious activity if light I purchased is triggered tells me someone or something is in my yard. Greta buy

Bought this as a gift for my father in law. They did not have wiring fir the doorbell in place so this was the best option. Battery life is fantastic, even through a cold winter it lasted months. Video quality is solid, but the nest doorbell is a bit better in that regard. Overall a great choice.

Really love this product. It was easy to set up. And the quality of the video is great. I would definitely recommend you get yourself a ring. Love the fact that I don’t have to run downstairs to see who is at my door.

I feel safer with the ring doorbell installed on all my doors. Security at a great price.

I really love my doorbell/security camera. Nothing gets by it for sure. Easy to install to connect to my doorbell in the home to save the battery. Everything included to install: tool, screws, covers for different angles, etc. I highly recommend it.

Good picture - but would add additional cameras such as the spotlight around the house
