This is my second time buying a Ring product. The camera quality is great during the night and day. The sound quality is great as well, much easier to charge than the original Ring which is nice. Would recommend, easy install!

I love the security I have with being able to look through my camera when there is movement outside. I can keep an eye on my cars during the night & should anything happen I have video of who did what for the police.

I love being able to see who is at my door without even having to get up to look. It’s even better that I can talk to the person at my door without having to open the door. The was a great purchase.

I wanted the Ring to come with the higher res camera. When the Ring 2 was announced, I was ready to buy. Best Buy had it in stock when I went looking around for it locally. Easy to install and does exactly what I need it to - provide a video cam of the from door area.

Easy to install, using the battery. Good video quality. I always know who's home. Have used it to communicate with visitors while not home, as advertised. The Ring Community provides an interesting view into what others are experiencing in my town.

Easy to set up and install and the app is very user friendly. It’s kind of difficult to set up the motion detection setting to find a spot where you don’t detect every car that goes by and don’t detect any movement at all but it works well once you get it dialed in

Very pleased with the ring door bell. The wide angle camera is great. There is security in knowing what goes on when your not home. I know when packages are delivered and if anyone ever tries to steal them. If so I’ve got them on camera.

I installed this for an older woman from my church. Installed without issues. Directions were clear and worked flawlessly. I do recommend using the angled mounts included if it will be pointed at a busy street to help limit false motion detection.

I was hesitant due to weak WiFi and no hard wiring. Never should have worried. Battery life is excellent and the images are crisp. Having it deters crime I believe. Wish I bought it sooner and have since added another Ring camera.

Excellent quality for this ring doorbell. I like using it. Its very easy to use. I can control it on my phone. Works great with alexa too. I would recommend this type of product to anyone that is interested in any doorbell video camera.

This item is easy to setup and use. I had to purchase an additional corner wedge but that was because I wanted the device to stick out further. I wish at night the image was in color but I can see the individual clearly still.

Was pretty easy to set up but you have to experiment with ranges to get the range that meets your need. I don't have wiring for doorbell and this is one of a very few that is battery operated. Price was reasonable and picture quality is very good. Do not regret purchase.

I have been happy with the ring for the few weeks I've had it. I was able to pair it with my Amazon Dots to get annunciation when someone is approaching the front door. Sometimes there is a delay but it is not too bad. I would purchase it again.

We picked this up after trying to wire a Ring Pro doorbell. With the Pro - we had problems with the Doorbell transformer not being powerful enough. Working with the Ring Video Doorbell 2, it was easier to install because it is battery powered. All we had to do was drill the holes in our outer wall and put in the charged battery, and the rest of the install worked great! We also added the electronic doorbell from ring and they synced seamlessly. I would highly recommend the doorbell - either version - as it has helped us track our family members who need assistance. We can follow the comings and goings of grandma and our son as well as package deliveries. It has been very helpful to be able to see video and to have it stored for later viewing. The only negative I would have is the audio communication with a person through the doorbell. The speaker is a bit noisy - so it is sometimes hard for people to understand us when we talk with them.

Works great, you do need to set the sensitivity, so as not to detect every car on the street, or someone walking past the house on the sidewalk. Easy to install using existing doorbell wiring, easy set up.

The quality of video is superb even in the dark. Once installed properly, it will be hard to steal it. Just having it in my front door makes other people wary and careful of their actions especially delivery guys.

I had heard of this Ring video doorbell before purchasing and thought it would be a great addition to my new home (moved in Sept. 2017). This can detect motion at your front door, record video of the people at your door, in case of attempted burglary, and can be shared with others in your neighborhood, so they can be aware of what they look like. I didn't want to drill a hole in for a peephole in my front door, so this is a great way to do that job plus more.

this camera provided me with of peace of mind. specifically when I'm away from home

So many reviews had me confused on what brand to buy. Decided to go with this since it was wireless and have now bought two more! Love this and how easy it was to install and use. Great picture and detection is instant!

Purchased this product because I didn't have a direct power source for a backdoor doorbell, works great, runs off a battery, takes a little time activate but it does work, clear picture and sound!! nice addition to my Ring home security
