Quality of the product is great, the video images are clear and the battery has a longer life than the earlier model, which I used to own. It's nice to know and see who's ringing your doorbell. I recommend it!

Ring Doorbell is a very good product. it video records in HD and with sound. The motion dector sometimes can be misleading as any heat signals can set it off. Overall it is very good and I recommended it.

Ring door 2 works great easy to set up and the alerts keep me informed.

Easy to set up, easy to use. The picture quality is great. Notifications come instantly on the cell phone for quick viewing. Integration with Alexa powered devices is simple. Would definitely recommend.

I love the clear picture on my phone app. It’s a little hard to figure out at first and installation was a bit tricky. I don’t like how “chunky” the unit is. And when using the wedge and other angle it makes it stick out really far from the house.

The ring doorbell is amazing! I compared the 2 against the pro in store and was told the only major difference besides look we’re the faceplates. When I got home and opened the box I found a black faceplate that you could interchange with silver. I love the Ring company, they make everything so user family. Can’t wait for the whole home protection kit to come out.

The install/setup was simple and took no time. If you have an Amazon Echo you don't need to purchase the optional ringer once you enable the Echo Skill. The picture quality isn't that good though. It's so fish-eyed that it borders on useless. I'd have returned it; but I like that it's battery powered, is quick with notifications and allows me to talk to whomever's at the door. Also, I have security cameras, so the Ring is a redundancy. What I -really- like about the Ring is it's "neighborhood" feature. Others that have a Ring within about a 2 mile radius can report an issue (break in, suspicious activity, etc). The benefit of this is that you can be alert for potential problems. The drawback is that I wasn't aware that there was so much crime going on around me and that's making me hopelessly paranoid. Some things are better left unknown, I guess.

It is durable, good camera, battery last long. 2 ways talking depend on your internet speed and your phone speed. But in my suggestion I would wait for 4K to come in. Do not buy it now. I get this one with free Echo Dot 3 generation so wait for the right time.

Great system that can now adjust its sensitivity levels with the Ring app. I don’t know a lot of people who don’t have a Ring nowadays so I feel one is pretty much a standard item to have for each household. I charge about 1x a month with a out 5-15 alerts/motion senses a day in a sleepy/gated community. Only complaint is lagtime while trying to process the feed of the most recent alert but not sure if it’s the Ring app/system itself or our internet connection or both. But that’s really the only complaint. Oh and I guess sometimes the Ring app anonymous users can be pretty sarcastic about neighbor alerts too but that’s nothing to do with the system itself lol.

I got the ring door bell a couple of weeks ago and had it installed professionally, although I could have done it myself from the You Tube video. The camera is great in letting you know who is at the door. I love the ring!

I like this doorbell. It was easy to install and the picture is good. It notifies you if someone rings the doorbell or let say UPS just drops a package off. You can adjust the motion range also.

So far so good. Pictures are good, sound is good. Very happy so far.

Positive - easy to set up, monitor and great picture. Negative - You need to watch battery life so you can recharge. After 30 days you have to get a ring subscription if you want your videos to be stored for 60 days. It doesn't cost a lot for the subscription.

We have both the Ring doorbell 1 and 2. I think the ring 2 is a lot better than the original. The quality of the pictures both during the day and at night are a lot clearer and sharper. The batter on the ring 2 also lasts longer then the first.

The first thing I will say if you purchase this item, is to pull the battery in the night before you plan to install. It took hours for the battery to charge fully. This is my first outdoor video device. It did not take long to mount, attached effortlessly to my Alexa and the daytime video is very clear. I also love that it is wireless as I have an older home and there isn't any existing wiring for a doorbell currently. I do hope it can withstand the continued morning sun. Unfortunately, it has to hang in the sun for several hours before the sun goes behind the house. You need a very good internet connection too. For me, the video has a few seconds delay time, but I didn't think that was too bad. The fact that is doesn't always notify me on my Galaxy S9, till minutes later that something or someone has walked in front of my house, does worry me.

This Doorbell camera that is battery operated which the battery has lasted longer than advertised has beautiful resolution & pic quality. The ability to talk from your cell as soon as you get a motion alert is priceless.

Got it for security reasons and we are very happy with it and love the app and how long battery last before charging again. Love being able to see faces and talk to anyone who’s at my door without opening it

Compared product in the store and decided on this one. Easy to install (had my husband do it), images are clear and there is no delay on the alert. Two family members purchased this produce after a visit. I would definitely recommend.
