We absolutely love our Ring doorbell. The picture quality is amazing and the live view gives you piece of mind while your not home!! It is so easy to setup and install. We would recommend this product to everyone.

Bought this along with ring alarm system. Very easy to set up and install. Video quality is very good and nice the hear and talk back. Definitely need to invest in backup battery if not using wired. Worth the buy.

Got it for black Friday, bundled with Amazon echo. Its super easy to setup, the included brackets make it a breeze to install. Picture quality is great, price was $140 vs 199 regularly, and free Amazon echo. Win/win

This is a great starter camera for a home security program. The install was easy and the picture is very clear. The audio feature comes in handy when someone is at the door and the camera interfaced with Alexa easily.

Don’t know how we lived without it. I have 15 professionally installed security cameras I can view remotely including front door. However, ring give me instantaneously notification of any movement at front door which allows me to view in real time the event and the ability to talk or bark ,depending on situation, at person in front entry area. Biggest benefit is protection from porch pirates! For modest fee can have recording of events in cloud for review by police. Neighbors communicate with each other regarding crime in area. YOU CANT AFFORD NOT TO HAVE THIS REASONABLY PRICED SECURITY.

Image quality is very clear, installation should be about 30min. On battery power only with high activity, recharge averages once per month. I have two, 1 at my home and I installed one at my mom’s house.

Working well. Not too hard to install. Love the phone app and the ability to talk to whomever is at the door without having to open it. Camera allows me to see them as well. This is a good way to deter bad people.

Camera will pick up anything in its view near or far and settings are easily changed. Notifications are a great feature so you are always in the know. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have several of these ring doorbell devices. Two Ring 2’s and one Ring Pro. I also have several of the cameras. Ring really has done a nice job with the Ring 2. If you do not have a place with constant power or an Ethernet jack, this is the way to go. I have one of these installed on the side of our house and I connected a solar option, so no need to charge the battery anymore. If you have a good WiFi network, you will notice little to no delay. I run an Orbi Mesh network with many satellites for a rather large house and I have experience very little to no lag. Additionally, all of the ring devices can be viewed in one location, the ring app. Makes home security and general use very simple.

Added this to my Ring home security system, and am I glad I did! After a few hours to fully charge the battery, it took 15 minutes to install. It works as advertised, you won't be disappointed.

Got the doorbell at a good price. Pretty easy to install. Be aware that it costs a couple bucks a month to keep any video after trial run but that being said it definitely works and I see people and can talk to them at my door just like it says it will do.

We love our Ring. The field of view is broad and clear. We have a sense of security now. I can see when our deliveries come. Even talked to a service provider to let them know to wait 10 minutes for our arrival.

I think it is a good camera and a great concept. However I do not like the delay between actual time in real time . What i mean is when someone comes to the door one minute later it lets me know when someone is at my door . That is a little bit too late .

The door bell is a good idea. It gives a good wide angle. The camera is still not as high quality. Unless the person is at the door, the face is not completely clear. The app is still not up to expectations. It takes several seconds sometimes to open the app and show the person who is at the door. The recording of events is not that good compared to other security cam such as Samsung. When a motion is detected, the recorded video should takes 4 to 5 seconds back so that you can see as the person comes in. In general, I won’t return the item to the store. It is not great but kinda okay. There is a $3 per month fee to keep the recording. Or $10 per month for unlimited cams.

We are so happy with this we are considering getting a second one for our other door! We have recommended it to others as well. The battery life alone has astonished us... still going strong. We are happy with all of the features. This purchase did not disappoint. The sales floor person was just awesome and so knowledgeable, I wish I could remember his name! I think he should get a raise for sure! We do not know him this is legit never met him before and he was so great to show us the others in comparison. This camera was perfect for our courtyard home. Great to answer the outerdoor without having to go out. We’ve also used it when landscapers are here and discovered they’re not doing the job they’re supposed to.

I chose this one over the original ring due to reviews on this site. It has a great picture and the control over the motion sensing is great. I especially like that I can (and did) buy a replacement battery so it’s never out of order for charging.
