Our ring doorbell caught a neighbor taking our belongings out of our driveway within the first week of installing. Very impressed. We paired this with 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras and now we are completely covered!

Bought this for added protection to the home and never regretted it. Very easy to use and operate. Great picture and protection. I would buy the extra battery but I love this camera.

I was very impressed with the thought put into this device and it's contents. Ring thought of everything! They made the install very simple and the kit included had everything from a drill bit, a micro level to tools and hardware needed. There are videos on the Ring website that walks one through the entire set up process which was easy and successful the first time! It even included an optional color for the front cover. The camera has a wide view at every angle, clear images, night vision and there are wedges included in the kit to position your Ring 2 in the optional direction when installing. Very versatile and well planned. Thank you Ring for my new house bling! :)

I love the ring cameras. It makes it really easy to know who is at my house when i'm not. Push notifications are great but video is slow to load. Too many false motion events with this model.

This thing is easy to set up and does the job. The picture of people at your door is very clear and it works just swell even when you are not home (but people at your front door don't know that!) Good product.

Purchased to augment our old door bell. Installation was simple and straightforward. Does exactly what we wanted it to. Great images, easy access from smartphones, tablets, and our computers.

The doorbell 2 works much better than the original doorbell.

I love the ring camera for many reasons. It has most of the features that make a smart cam convenient for the average user. It also has fairly frequent updates. When it works without a hitch, it’s good and I can think of no complaints. The problem is when it doesn’t work. The wireless card is one of the weakest out there and often times, the front door is on the opposite end of the house from the router. This will make choppy video and choppier audio. It is also important to note that the cloud service is a paid $3/month service for one camera, $10/month for a bunch. It’s worth it and almost all cameras worth their salt have that kind of model, but just keep that in mind. I like the compatibility with Alexa and the Show. It makes things a lot more convenient.

This product was easy to setup & works great for monitoring my front door. I have it linked to my echos so I receive notifications all over the house. The battery life is impressive.

very easy install and easy to use , feel 100 percent safer i can answer the doorbell states way and see when my packages are dropped off. the nieghborhood app is great as well , lots of info and alert neighbors

This is my 3rd Video Doorbell 2 and they all work great. Easy set up and awesome video. The motion sensors are very sensitive - I set mine very low so it would not go off at every wind gust.

Good quality video. Long lasting rechargeable battery , depending on your settings or you can hardwire it also. You might want to get the chime WiFi extender if you don’t hardwire it.

This is a great buy and the clarity of the video is awesome

We went from nothing to several smart devices. One of them being this Ring doorbell. So far I like it very much in detecting motion, but it is extremely slow to bring up access to it if you are out and about. We had a solicitor ring our door bell while my wife had her iPhone in her hands, to attempt to see who it is, and by the time we could see who it was and could make an attempt to respond via the doorbell, they were long gone. Also this is not nearly as easy to set up as it's made it out to be. I work in the computer industry, and have built computers, and build networks for a living. It was not easy to set up linking it to my echo show, an echo dot, and an iPhone. That being said, it's really great that when someone rings the doorbell all interactive devices in my home announce it.

Love this doorbell, great quality only thing i can complain about is at times it has a delay and with our porch light above it was hard to see at night until i made a change on lighting. Overall a nice product

It works ok the view angle of the first gen (180 deg) is much better that 2nd gen (160deg); however, the video quality is better. The sensitivity could be improved. Overall its better as an intercom system with added video feature.

Bought to replace a doorbell that no longer worked. Setup was easy enough. Nice deterrent to porch pirates. I like being able to see whose at my door especially when I’m away.

Had the original and loved it. I seen this at Best Buy and had to get it. Great video quality, night vision and love the battery swap option to avoid having your doorbell down for a few hours if you don't have it hard wired.

Great security addition for the house! Will recommend this!
