Couldn’t ask for a better device. Easy install with not wires, battery replacement takes about 30 seconds. Amazon quality product. i’d buy it again.

The Ring doorbell was a breeze to setup with the QR code. Easy to understand settings for adjusting camera options and it takes awesome video, Great Purchase

Installed this doorbell on our front door. Was not able to get it to work with our old doorbell connection. So I use the battery power option and the iPhone app for notification. Works well after an adjustment of the range to eliminate false notifications like cars passing on the street. Bought an extra battery to exchange when a recharge is needed. This eliminates having the doorbell down overnight while the battery charges. Picture quality and colour is very good during the day and very acceptable at night even though it is mostly black and white at night.

I got this to work with my alarm system. It's work well , you can see the person outside your door without open it and answer the door at the same time.

Ring was so easy to install I did it myself took about 40 minutes, not too bad for first timer. The clarity of the camera is fantastic. I would recommend to anyone.

How can you go wrong with a fabulous product and Best Buy's low low price. Installation was a breeze. Function and performance are top notch. Video and audio quality are great.

Ring Doorbell is just awesome! I got two of these (Backdoor and Frontdoor). Battery life is decent and picture quality is quite good. Very happy with purchase.

Notifications are pretty accurate and does a good job of capturing what it needs to. At times the video can become distorted and for a 1080p camera I feel like the picture should look better but for the most part it is acceptable and does a good. Also wish you didnt have to pay for a subscription but at least it is pretty affordable for a years time.

This was super easy to install and the picture is great. I’ve had this for close to 2 years now and it still works how it did when I first bought it.

The Ring is Ok. It needs to be quicker as far as response time.

If you are looking to NOT break the bank, the VIDEO DOORBELL 2 by RING is a great option. Couple it with the CHIME PRO and you've got a winning combo. I programmed ours to give us ONE TYPE OF RING TONE when motion is captured and ANOTHER TYPE OF RING TONE when someone actually presses the button and "RINGS" the doorbell. The rechargeable battery is a nice touch so you don't have to get bogged down with wiring (although, if your doorbell capture lots of activity, the battery will drain much sooner - i ordered a spare to have charged and ready). Great product so far so we're keeping our fingers crossed it continues to deliver!

Great piece of mind leaving my house knowing I have “eyes” on my property. I had a package stolen on a Sunday afternoon right after the post office delivered, which prompted me to get this item. I see my deliveries now, even if I am not there. Reporting instances within the neighborhood location is great too with RING. Knowing we have a community that we can track situations has to be a great deterrent. I was able to answer my doorbell when I was in a different state and tell the solicitor to come back and meet with me when my son was home with me in an hour, which of course they never did. I wish I had done this sooner.

Good video and sound quality, battery life is pretty good, just make sure to fully charged it before it goes to low battery, it starts working a bit sluggish.

One of my best purchases. The ability to see and have 2-way conversations with visitors at the door, see when packages are delivered, live view & send notifications to my phone or echo devices are great. without going to the door are great. The $3/mo or $30 annual plan is not bad. I used the free plan initially, but wanted the other features (e.g. ability to save & later review video). Video/audio quality is great. The neighbors feature is handy to be aware of suspect activity in your or nearby communities.

Great product! Worth the price and totally useful! It was easy to install and the picture quality and sound quality is not bad. I might get more of the ring products.

I think this goes for all of the Ring doorbell cameras. Nice product that works as designed. Have mine connected to several Alexa powered speakers, displays and the alerts come through clear. Our dog has learned that Alexa announcing activity at the front door potentially means he could get treats, so he bolts to the door whenever the notifications come through. Pretty funny. Good quality and a year's subscription to Ring is well worth it. Ours is side mounted and there are attachments to make that happen easily.

Mounted this on my front door frame, and it has been amazing!! Long battery life, I'd say maybe have to charge it once a month, max. Great quality!

Purchased to see deliveries on front and rear doors. Great camera easy to use and set up. 180 view lets you see a lot. Easy to down load app on phone.

Installing this doorbell was a breeze thanks to the detailed instructions. No need to be intimidated - you will be walked through removing your old doorbell and installing this one. The picture quality is good and despite my best efforts to sneak up on it or hide from its view, this thing sees everything (which is good). The only reason i’m giving it 4 stars is because the live view is a little spotty. Often I try to look at it but get an error message only to be able to see a recording of the live feed I wanted to see a few minutes later ... not exactly live. Same goes for recorded video, I can only see it a few minutes after the fact if I don’t answer the doorbell. Overall though i’m quite satisfied.

Good product would recommend it. Very easy to use and set up.
