The ring is great, but you have to make sure you have good and fast internet. If you don’t, then do not purchase, it will not work well or connect correctly. The quality will also suffer. If you do have good internet then this is a great option, especially considering the plans are much cheaper than competitors. 30$ a year per device

It has good quality but the response is rather slow. It lets me know via my phone but it takes more than a few seconds to load and by that time the person(s) have moved on so I miss them.

Looks great and worked excellent right out the box. Highly recommend for the price and ease of set up. Great picture clarity and easy access from the app.

We wanted to get a camera doorbell because it makes us feel more secure, and we do a lot of online shopping! This was a great investment. We can see who is at our door, and it was a fairly easy set up.

This was a Christmas gift for someone in the family and they loved it. Was easy to install and the battery lasts at least a month on single charge.

I honestly feel more at ease. We live in a very safe neighborhood, but this still brings such a peace of mind. Especially this time of year. With more and more people shopping online, there are porch pirates in full swing. We have this doorbell and another Ring camera out front. I think this helps keep unwanted people away, and I love knowing exactly when packages and guests have arrived. I can’t imagine life without it now that we’ve had it. We’ve experienced no issues with it. If ever there are issues, it’s most likely your WiFi signal that’s the culprit.

I was hesitant to get this based on the reviews but pulled the trigger. My router is on the other end of my house so I installed another router (as repeater) in between my front door and existing router. I have no issues and it works like a charm. It does have a delay but only seconds. The only reason I got this was because I hear the dog barking and I dont know if it's a legit reason and someone is at my front door so now I can check. I work from home and my office is in the back of the house. It's nice to know if someone does actually approach my front door.

This door bell camera works perfectly. I bought it for my parents and they love having the ability to see there home when not there.

I love this doorbell. It works with Google home and Alexa. Works great. Clear wide view on the app. Motion detection, night vision, 2 way talk. Easy installation.

This was easy to install and has a great picture. Have to adjust the sensativity of the motion zones or you might get a ton of unnecessary alerts.

Picture quality is very good. It starts recording every time someone comes up to the door. You can easily set up your boundaries. Very easy to install.

Finally broke down and bought a video door bell. My daughters expressed concern that when my wife and I were not home, they all felt uncomfortable opening the door to deliveries. After considerable research, elected to start with the Ring Video Doorbell 2. So far our whole family has been thrilled. Very, very easy to install and setup account. The online video/audio has come in handy for balancing package deliveries and service workers with the rush of starting a new school year. We plan to add more Ring products over the coming months...when sales come around!

Easy to setup and to use bought during preblack Friday sale and it was totally worth it don’t know why i waited so long. I do recommend buying an extra battery.

This is a great security camera. It wired directly into my existing doorbell and I get notifications sent straight to my phone whenever someone is at my door.

Great camera, battery lasts about 2-3 months. Clarity is good. Great product. Only complaint is with the app. Takes a while to open to the camera when your trying to see who’s at your door.

The camera has a great picture and video, but when I get the notification of motion, it takes more than 30 seconds to connect. Specs says to have a least 2MB speed with I have 25.
