Good product and supporting software. Easy to install and connect with iPhone. Tried to connect with Google Hub ... but discovered that Google and Amazon can not play nicely together. Returned the google hub for Amazon product ... :-( google hub much better than Amazon Alexa. Google hub connects direct to devices on same network ... Amazon wants to know all the account and login details — maybe no difference, but feels less secure. Google hub responded to requests much better than Amazon ... but Ring was working so well... I am accepting. Notifications of motion and doorbell rings .. live video at any time.

Easy setup, excellent picture. Like that you can talk to anyone at your door without opening the door and even without being at home.

Wanted a video doorbell to give us an extra level of security (alerts and video) when our dog walker and/or cleaning service come to the house while we are at work. It helped us catch our (old) dog walker shorting us on time (we were paying for a 20 min walk and she was only walking 10) and when we were traveling, we caught a dog sitter lying about how the number of times she let the dog out (actual times ZERO). Nothing like video documentation. Love it so much we replaced our alarm and smoke detectors to ring devices.

These doorbells are the best 2 way security system and for a really great price! Once again I’d tell anybody to get them from BESTBUY because they are always having a sale on them and of course a free gift! Ring is perfect... I can answer my door from my room or choose to just look at people without saying a word because I’m one of those “call before you come to my house” type of person! These little suckers pick up great picture and audio! You won’t go wrong with buying it!

This is the second home we have installed this door bell. love the way it works. My husband was able to install easily himself. The software app works great. This is a newer version than the other one we have. Just as happy with this one as the older one. Both work great and alert us when someone is near our doorway or sidewalk. You can set up the sensitivity of your motion sensor very easily.

Easy and simple installation for me. Battery life so far is pretty good. Great inexpensive way to monitor your house when your not home.

In today’s age you always have a great need to feel safe. Ring gives you added security. With security systems in place and packages being delivered during holidays it was wonderful to have ring watching and warning me of individuals approaching my door. Unwanted guest are easily turned away from the comfort of your location be it bedroom or on the road it saves any clips you wish as will alert you to neighborhood incidents. I don’t know why we waited so long but we highly recommend Ring for great peace of mind.

With so many stolen packages in our neighborhood, one of the benefits of the Ring door bell 2 is to letting us know when packages are delivered. We setup motion alerts while we are at home, and change the setting to “Live View” when we are away. The neighborhood video sharing function keeps us aware of our surrendings which is an added benefit. The setup was easy and straightforward. We bought it at a sale price and also received a free Amazon echó dot. We were able to add the door bell 2 as a device to the echo dot and are able to receive the alerts via echo dot. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

The Pictures are very Clear. Minimal Battery Change hassle. You can allow others to view also and the 2-way talk is awesome.
