Allot of parts in the box for various installation possibilities, but little guidance how to use them all for the scenarios. I am still struggling with sytem latency, and the external chime really needs to be very close to router for excellent signal strength

We have the Ring 1 and Ring 2. The Ring 2 definitely has a better video quality. Battery life is pretty good. It is a good product overall.

Ever since the installation of the Ring door camera, I'm now more interested in knowing what goes on in my front door. Originally I was hesitant in ordering one.  However, after the price drop and free Echo5 how can you refuse to try it.  The accuracy and video quality impressed me so much I now purchased a second camera for the back yard.  The product is definitely worth it.  No issues thus far. Can't wait to install the second backyard camera.

This is a must have in this day and age. This will provide some security for you and your loved ones and stop you from dealing with Sales people. I would say make sure you adjust the sensitivity on the camera because if a fly goes by the camera will detect it. If you have a smoker in the family and they go out front prepare to have it notify you about a hundred times a day.

Good doorbell plus security and camera is clear to see and good protection

We've been having a more than average amount of home burglaries in our neighborhood. The ring doorbell camera has given our family a sense of security and piece of mind. I especially like the fact that it will notify you of any motion at your porch with the ability to see in real-time via your smart phone what is going on. I would definitely recommend the ring to anybody concerned about home security.

Totally changed the front door game.. It’s awesome to see who showed up while you were gone or in bed or whatever. Helps keep track of the kids coming and going while you’re gone.. Adds a sense of security. I wish the camera was a little sharper as it’s nothing like 1080P you watch on your television or record with your smart phone but is adequate. Easy to install and set up an account. Bummer it doesn’t come with some sort of chime for the house.
