Good quality video, easy to install. I just wish that it was made out of some type of metal inside of plastic.

The camera works great. The motion sensitivity is a little tricky to get set up properly so it doesn’t pick up every passing vehicle.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend since she just purchased a home. I already own a ring doorbell 1 & 2 in addition to other wired and battery cameras. I find much comfort in using ring devices especially the doorbell. I also love the echo devices since I mainly purchased them to give to graduates as gifts. I too have one connected to my ring. I love shopping at Best Buy because they are very reliable.

I really like my Ring doorbell. Easy to install. Good battery life. Would have gave it 5 stars if it was compatible with Google Home Hub.

This device really is easy to set up and the app is responsive. The only feedback I have is that this device is either very sensitive and picks everything up from long distances or its very short range. I wish there were a middle option because it keeps notifying me when trucks go by our house or if someone is practically standing in front of our door. No middle option. Otherwise it's great! Video and audio are clear.

I love it, I need a door bell, it’s a bit big but it does the job, easy to replace battery.

I purchased the ring device mainly because I just purchased this house and it did not have a doorbell. Also, since it is a high tech smart house I thought this Ring Doorbell would be appropriate. I am very satisfied with the product. My only caveat would be to test where the doorbell is placed on your porch. My installers from the Geek Squad could have placed it a bit higher to capture a better picture of the person on the porch and/or the ringer of the doorbell. The product does produce a good picture and I am satisfied with its performance.

Simple installation. Took a bit to dial in movement to not get constant traffic, but no fault of the unit.

Easy to install and connect to WiFi. Camera looks great and videos are clear with great sound quality.

It’s a lot bigger than I thought. It sticks off the edge where we had to install it so it’s not quite as aesthetically pleasing as I had hoped. It’s nice that you can change the alerts that you get for motion detection. But whenever I’m away and try to pull it up on my phone to see who’s at my door, it takes a while for it to load. I thought maybe it was just my phone or connection but my husband had the same problem. Overall though I’d still say it’s a nice camera. I feel better having it.

Exactly what we expected. Camera is decent, app is decent, overall its decent. If you are expecting some state of the art camera/doorbell this isn't for you. We enjoy the sense of security it gives our house for people at the front door, deliveries and knowing when our daughter gets home from school. If you are wanting much more than that, I'm sure there are better options, but for the price this was tough to pass up.
