It picks up really good and a wide range you can see faces clearly,excellent product.

Wanted the extra security and read the good reviews for this one. Was an easy install and connected easy to my Amazon devices.

So far I have been pleased with this Ring Doorbell 2. Syncing to WiFi and mouting was fairly easy. Be aware if you are mouting it on Dutch Lap vinyl siding you will need to purchase a siding mounting block. I got mine at Home Depot. I'm still working to get the sensor adjusted just right to eliminate false alters from cars going by. Other than that, I would recommend this item to you. Hope this helps.

I am happy with this video doorbell - it is better than another brand I had and stopped working. It works well with my Echo Show - a big plus! It comes with everything you need to get it installed. Instructions to get it installed and linked to the phone app were very easy to follow. The Ring software/service has nice features. It comes with two face plates: satin nickel (as picture) and black.

Even though most of the time it goes off it's the newspaper being delivered I really like being able to see who's at the door by opening the app on my phone. Excellent video and audio quality. It nicely warns you when the battery is low on power and you should def buy an extra battery. It holds it's charge for a while but you don't want the front door to be out of commission while you wait for it to recharge.

The picture quality could be better but I noticed that it looks better on my wife's iPhone 6s than my Note 5. The doorbell is sensitive enough to begin recording when cars enter our driveway and is fully customizable. Very useful app and extremely easy set up. We have a regular doorbell and are running our Ring Doorbell on battery. It has been nearly a month and the battery has only drained to 88%. I would definitely recommend this product.

I love this Ring Doorbell! We considered getting the first generation one but we went with this one instead and it’s been worth it for sure. The video quality alone is awesome! I love using this to screen for solicitors coming to the door. This will also help alert me when I receive a package since the delivery drivers don’t always knock. Definitely worth he purchase given the sense of security it gives.

Easy setup and installation. Outstanding 1080 picture. Very satisfied with product.

The lens on my 1st Gen Ring Doorbell got scratched, so I decided to replace it with Gen 2. The camera on the 2nd Gen Doorbell is much nicer than my old one (1080p vs. 720 on the old Gen 1). I also like that the new version cam with silver and brown casings, as the brown better matches the trim on my house (i.e. this doorbell no longer sticks out like a sore thumb). All in all, a great upgrade - very happy.
