pro: super easy to install. ring video app is great. con: battery runs out faster than i'd like and isn't as quick to switch out (need to get tools out to do this). it doesn't always connect to the internet so i can't see live video whenever i want. in sum: i'm happy with this purchase since we had a non-functioning doorbell previously.

The clarity of what is going on in the zones is very good. I was really happy with this purchase. It worked great immediately. However, the bandwidth in my neighborhood has gone up and it made connecting to this a little sketchy. (Due to what is going on in this COVID-19 era). So I had to purchase the Chime to go with this. It's worth every penny.

I recently had a scare with someone coming to my door trying to sell something. I called the company & they said they never send people out for what this guy was claiming to gain access to my home for. I purchased the Ring the next day & my worry has gone down tremendously. I don't even have to open the door. I can handle everything from my phone. I'm getting 2 more cameras.

Great doorbell camera. The quality is good and it was easy to set up

It's nice to be able to see who is at the door, so I can determine if I really want to get up and answer the door, or just tell someone to go away from the comfort of my couch. lol The live view is cool, because I can see the view out my front door from wherever I am. Don't like that you have to pay for storage on the cloud, just want to store it locally on my computer... anyway, it's still a good investment. Just make sure you have good internet to get good video quality.
