video is amazing, ease to set up and love that I can connect to phone

I live in a apartment and a few times I noticed that the maintenance went in my apartment without notice. After I installed the ring door bell. I noticed the maintenance was going to my apartment when he noticed the ring door bell he quickly turned around and left. Questionable but the ring showed me who has been going in. It’s a must for anyone living alone or that’s never home.

I recently bought Ring products & really love the sense of security. I also own an Arlo camera & like that because it records videos & it doesn't charge you a monthly fee. Ring does. That's the downside.

Initially got this to be able to have a doorbell and no chime to prevent my dogs from barking constantly -- and it does that amazingly well! -- but soon grew to love it for the security it provides on my busy street, as well as knowing immediately when a package or anything else is dropped at my door. Alerts w/ video come instantly to my phone, watch, and macbook.

I purchased this doorbell almost a year ago. I don't know how I lived without it! I can see everyone who comes up to my door, answer if I want to or scare them off. In fact, this doorbell alerted me to an intruder last month at 3AM. I called the police, showed them a copy of the video and they caught the perpetrator! This is a must have for anyone and everyone.

Initially bought this because I didn't have the wiring for other door bells. Love that it integrates with the Ring app easily. Also like that you can adjust the motion sensitivity easily. Wish you could snooze when it detected motion (not just when you're notified) without turning it off all the way. If you have a Ring alarm, this also integrates with that. Overall very pleased.
